About the author (2011)

Dr Nerina Ramlakhan is a physiologist, sleep and stress expert, author and speaker with 30 years of experience. She is the sleep expert contributor for Stylist, and her work has been featured in publications including The Times, Guardian, Telegraph, New Scientist, Daily Mail and Closer. She is based in London where she lives with her daughter.
